Robotic surgery is an emerging new and exciting technology. In short, robotic surgery means performing surgery using a surgical system called a robot. This procedure is performed under general anesthesia and therefore the patient sleeps and does not feel pain. 

PEDIATRIC UROLOGY

Pediatric urology is a separate specialty field after urology or pediatric surgery, and children with urological problems should be treated by specialist physicians (pediatric urologists). Pediatric urologists are doctors who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the urinary system (kidneys, ureters, and bladder) and genital system (in males, the penis, scrotum, and testicles; in females, vaginal problems) in children.

PROSTATIC ENLARGEMENT

The prostate is a gland of the male reproductive system that is responsible for producing a fluid that contributes to the formation of semen. It is a gland that grows with age due to the effects of various hormones. This growth can cause problems by compressing the urinary channel passing through the prostate and blocking the exit of the bladder due to mass effect, leading to various complaints. Patients experiencing problems with urine excretion are treated with medication or surgical methods.

UROLOGICAL CANCERS

Urological cancers refer to cancers that occur in the urinary tract in both men and women and in the reproductive organs in men. More than 10% of cancer cases worldwide are urological cancers. This section will discuss the most common cancers encountered in urology practice. 

STONE DIASEASE

Kidney stones are a common health problem, occurring in approximately 15 out of every 100 people in Turkey. They are an important condition that requires careful diagnosis and treatment. There are many treatment options for the surgical treatment of these stones. These include breaking the stones with shock waves generated outside the body (SWL), stone treatments performed by entering the urinary tract (ureterorenoscopy, retrograde intrarenal surgery), percutaneous stone surgery, and open stone surgery, which involves reaching the kidney through the skin.

Urinary incontinence is the inability to control your urine. It is not just a medical problem, but can also affect emotional, psychological, and social aspects of life.
